Matthew Clayton

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Clayton has engendered a cross-industry experience that encompasses: marketing; public relations; finance; philanthropy; and business-to-business negotiations involving corporate, government, and labour. Mr. Clayton has an extensive transportation background. He is a member of AV8 Partners LP, located in Kailua, Hawaii. AV8 is pursing the construction of a general aviation facility on sixteen acres of secured leasehold at Ellison Onizuka International Airport. This project will include six acres of new jet parking, a private hangar, terminal and fuel infrastructure services. He also currently advises Bridgemans Services Ltd, a Canadian company, providing marine transportation services and floating accommodations to industrial projects globally.

 Mr. Clayton’s additional experience includes being a co-founder of bioLytical Laboratories, a private medical diagnostic company focusing on the rapid detection of the HIV 1/2 antibodies. Today this company holds approvals for the INSTI assay in more than forty countries worldwide, including Canada, EU members and the United States. He has also been engaged as an external consultant for the Haisla Nation of Kitimat, British Columbia. This work involved creating, brokering and managing major partnerships, as well as their integration with Liquid Natural Gas proponents in Douglas Channel. Matthew served on former BC Premier, Christy Clark’s LNG Working Group, where he assisted in representing the Haisla Nation from 2010 to 2014. Mr. Clayton graduated with a Bachelors of Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas El Paso.

Brooke Hurford


Brooke Hurford is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia. Ms. Hurford spent several years in public practice at a major Canadian accounting firm prior to holding a role in the treasury department at the Bank of Montreal. Ms. Hurford has more than ten years of financial reporting and corporate services to public companies.

Molly Millar

Director of Business Development

Molly is a consummate business development and sales professional who is passionate about urban mobility and technology and knows that one of the most important challenges facing cities today is getting more people out of their personal vehicles and onto other forms of mobility.

Molly has spent the last several years working for and with some of the most progressive mobility organizations in North America including Biko, City of Vancouver’s Active Transportation Policy Committee, Momentum Mag, Hyperlight Systems and now, Loop. While taking leading roles within those organizations, Molly has remained on the cutting edge of urban mobility and is now excited to use those strengths to deliver the latest form of micro-mobility to the streets of Vancouver.

Faez Rawas

Marketing Manager

Faez is a self-taught marketer and designer.
He’s passionate about branding, technology, and motorcycles.
He’s been with Loop since 2017.

Danny Liu

Senior Software Engineer

Danny is highly skilled senior software engineer with more than 10 years experience in MCU hardware design, Embedded Linux, Linux Driver and Linux Application, iOS and C/C++ programming.

He has a PhD in Computer Science from Lousiana Tech and has worked at startups and large scale companies in both the USA and Canada.
Danny has been with LOOPShare since 2013.

Daniel Cheuk

Director of Operations

Daniel is our Director of Operations, he’s been in this crucial role with LOOPShare and Saturna Green Systems, for the past 6 years. He has garnered more than 20 years of electronics manufacturing and operations expertise having lead a variety of diverse operational teams for companies such as Webtech Wireless and PMC-Sierra. The key to his success has always been to develop, establish and maintain strong, trustworthy, long term relationships with contract manufacturers and suppliers. He is able to implement industry leading best practices with his teams, so that all products are produced to the highest quality and specifications in a timely, efficient and economical manner ensuring company goals & objectives are fully realized. Daniel holds a BSc Degree in Physics from UBC and also an Electronics Engineering Technology Diploma from BCIT.
